Join us for a ladies night of dinner, shopping, and worship.

Dinner

When you purchase a ticket to the conference, part of that goes toward your dinner. Upon check-in you will receive a meal ticket that you can take to one of the food trucks to get you dinner starting at 4:30. We hope you use this time to make some new friends and get excited for the rest of the night.

Shopping

We are so excited to have local small businesses set up their booths again this year! With the space being outdoors it allows us to invite more vendors and we cannot wait!

Worship

The heartbeat behind Cultivate is to empower and encourage women. During worship, we will sing praises to Jesus, answer your questions about the message with a panel of ladies from all walks of life, and learn about the grace of Christ in the Scriptures.

Vendors

Interested in showcasing your products at our Cultivate Women’s Conference, on October 7, 2023? Here’s what you need to know:

 

Form Availability: The Vendor Interest Form is now open as of August 10, 2023.

Purpose: Complete this form if you wish to be considered for the event. No sign-up or registration fees – it’s free for all vendors.

Eligibility: We’re inviting local vendors from Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and surrounding East Valley communities. Women-owned businesses are preferred.

Complimentary Ticket: All Vendors will receive a complimentary event ticket. Please note, meals are separate.

Meals: Vendors can purchase a meal ticket or bring their own food. Attendees accompanying vendors can get a meal ticket for $10.

Venue: The event will be held outdoors with no electrical outlets. Vendor spaces are available without cost. Location is Queen Creek Jr. High School, Queen Creek, AZ

Event Timing: The event runs from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Vendor Set up begins at 1:30pm.

Nature of Event: Cultivate Women’s Conference is a faith-based women’s event.

Confirmation: After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
